Now that the party is over, my wife and I can reflect on what was, by all accounts, an outstanding success. This was largely due to the superb catering service that you and your team provided. Everybody without exception commented on the extremely high quality of the food, of which there was plenty - of everything - and we have had a number of very nice 'thank you' letters that, again, made it very clear that they thought the food was 'terrific'.

The food, though wonderful, was not everything: we had a nice tent with floral decoration on the tables for which you were not responsible; but you were responsible for the appearance of the tables themselves with 70+ place settings, the service of the wine all at the right temperature, the wonderful team of lovely lades who assisted and made everyone feel so welcome, and the immaculate clearing up afterwards.

We could not have had better quality of food or service, all at a most reasonable cost, and I would not hesitate to recommending 'Paul's Catering' to anyone who asks. I only wish that there was another event in the immediate future for which I could use your services myself, but the event we have just had will remain memorable, thanks to you, for a very long time.

Please accept my thanks for your contribution to the success of the Christmas Day luncheon.  As in previous years our guests were pleased to be welcomed and enjoyed an excellent lunch and afternoon entertainment.
